Ajahn Sona will continue his monthly Sunday morning teaching visits to Kamloops through the spring, and resume in the fall. Mark your calendars: 9:30 AM, the last Sunday of the month in April & May, 2nd last Sunday, in September.

The 2.5-hour session will consist of three parts:

• The period from 9:30-10:15 am is designed for those for those interested to deepen their practice of Buddhist meditation. Meditation mats + chairs will be available.
• Ajahn will offer a Dhamma talk at 10:15 am, and answer questions afterwards.
• After the casual pot-luck meal 11 am, Ajahn Sona will be available to chat about Buddhist practice + "life in general."

The morning is sponsored by Birken Forest Monastery; there is no charge.
In the time-honoured spirit of Buddhist monasticism, "dana" (donations freely offered) will be gratefully accepted. Cheques should be made to "Birken".
