Ajahn Sona away from the monastery Apr 4-18. Birken remains closed for all guest visits.
Bookings for overnight personal retreats open for June-October in late April (after April 20, date TBA).
May
Closed for private retreat with Pacific Hermitage group.
Bookings for day visits and Dana meals opens late May.
June
Birken opens June 1 for guest visits.

All teachings, accommodations, and meals are offered free of charge. It is left to the good will and discretion of visitors and well-wishers to decide how they might support the work of the monastery.
